Let's begin by closing down the eyes and just finding yourself in a seated position or lying down and just bring your awareness to the parts of the body that are connected to the surface beneath you.

Feeling supported in those areas and then begin to bring awareness to your breath.

Just notice where it's at.

It could be shallow,

It could be deep,

It could be bumpy.

And then let's begin to on our next inhale,

Breathe in slowly and also deeply,

Feeling the belly expand,

Letting your exhale be slow and long,

Feeling the belly deflate.

Continue breathing like this,

Rhythmic,

Deep breathing,

Long,

Smooth,

Slow exhales.

Just telling the body it's okay,

You can put on the break,

It's time to relax.

Have your gaze with your eyes closed at the third eye,

The space between the eyebrows,

Activating the pineal gland,

Pituitary gland.

And then begin to imagine there's a tiny ball right there where your focus is,

Kind of in the front of the third eye,

And just begin to imagine bringing that ball just back a couple inches,

More in the center of the brain.

You'll almost even feel your body slightly recline backwards,

Not a lot,

But just enough that your awareness shifts.

And from this space,

Pause,

And modus,

Your brain isn't in the forefront anymore,

You're more internal.

Continuing with your long,

Slow breathing,

Begin to take this ball on your next exhale,

Let it slowly lower down through your spinal channel,

The spinal column,

The channel of light.

Feeling it reach the tailbone at the end of your exhale,

And then on your inhale,

Feeling it rise all the way to the crown of the head at the top of your exhale.

Continuing with this breath and moving this ball of light in your channel,

Your spinal channel,

Almost like a rinsing,

An awakening,

A clearing,

And a cleansing.

Breathing,

Inhale all the way up to the crown of the head,

Slow and steady,

And the exhale is long and smooth,

Slowly declining,

Descending down the body to the tailbone.

Now you can let this go,

Come back to normal breathing,

And begin to imagine or visualize yourself walking through the paths of the Grand Canyon,

Gorgeous red dirt,

Soil surrounding you as far as your eye can see.

You feel so expansive here,

You see we are but just a tiny part of this incredible world.

Continue walking,

Just taking it all in,

Feeling the magnitude,

The bounty surrounding you.

Each step you take,

You feel the rhythm of your body co-regulating with the nature around you,

Your nervous system slowing down,

A beautiful cyclical rhythm just existing,

Ever-present.

As you walk along,

You come to a gorgeous boulder,

It's in the shade,

And it's just asking for you to take a seat.

Go ahead and have a seat in this perfectly curated space for you in the middle of the magnificent Grand Canyon.

It's just you and the universe around you,

Complete oneness.

Begin to bring your awareness to the base of your spine,

The tailbone,

The part of you that's connected to this boulder as you sit in the center of this path.

Visualizing the color red,

Feeling the stability and the security.

Breathe in here.

On your exhale,

Imagining that red glow at the base of the spine,

The tailbone gets even larger.

It's expanding in front of you and behind you,

Spinning ever so smoothly.

Next,

Bringing your awareness up a little bit higher,

A few inches,

Into your low belly,

Your low back,

Even the pelvic bowl region.

This is our sacral area,

And you can see the color orange emanating from this space.

You feel a sense of creativity as you sit here in this gorgeous Grand Canyon.

Begin to use your breath here,

Breathing into this space with this orange glow,

And on your exhale,

Seeing this glow expand,

Spinning ever so smoothly,

Front and back.

Moving your awareness a little bit further up into your belly area,

Your abdomen.

This is our solar plexus.

This is your seat of power,

Your will to do things,

Your drive.

Begin to see the color yellow emanating from this space.

Breathe in here.

On the exhale,

See this golden yellow light expanding forwards and backwards,

Spinning ever so smoothly.

Bringing the awareness up into your heart space,

Your heart chakra,

Home of love,

Home of emotions.

Knowing love is the highest frequency of all,

Feel or bring to mind the feeling of unconditional love.

Breathe into this space,

Envisioning this green glow in front of you and behind you.

As you exhale,

You see this glow expand and spin ever so smoothly.

Bringing your awareness up into the throat area,

Your throat chakra,

Our place of being able to speak our truth,

Share our voice.

A beautiful sky blue,

Just like the sky above you right now.

Breathe in here.

And feel the expansion of the throat as you fill it with air,

With prana.

On your exhale,

Just releasing it,

Letting it feel seen and heard.

Bringing your awareness up into the third eye,

The space between the eyebrows.

You can see a violet glow here.

This is your seat of your intuition.

Those moments of just knowing,

Inner knowing.

As you breathe into this space,

Imagine,

Visualize that violet glow in front of you and behind you.

With your inhale and exhale,

You see that light expanding and it's spinning ever so smoothly.

Moving your awareness further to the tip of the head,

The crown of your head.

This is our source to connection above us.

Being connected to all that is.

Being connected to Source,

God,

Universe,

Whoever you choose to be the source of all that is.

This is how we connect up here.

Bright,

Beautiful white light,

Pure and cleansing.

Breathe into this space and see it spinning ever so smoothly.

Envisioning a thousand-petaled lotus slowly opening petal by petal.

Using your breath here.

Realizing as you sit here in this beautiful canyon on this gorgeous boulder,

You are the bridge between the heavens and earth.

You are having a spiritual experience in a physical body.

You are more than life's daily tasks and to-do's.

You are whole.

You are divine.

You are connected to all that is.

Feeling your body fully calibrated from the base of the root all the way to the top of the crown of your head.

Imagining or visualizing your body as a bridge between the heavens and the earth.

A bridge of light.

All different colors.

You open your eyes and you are taking in this grand canyon all around you.

And you feel much more connected now.

You still appreciate it.

You still love it.

But you feel more connected.

A deeper sense of purpose and understanding.

You begin to get up from the boulder and you just extend your gratitude to that boulder for providing you a space to sit and calibrate.

And you turn around and you are walking back down the path to where you started.

And you are coming back into your body now.

Feeling your breath.

Feeling the parts of your body that are connected to the surface supporting you.

Pausing for a moment of gratitude.

And when you are ready you can open your eyes.

Thank you for joining us.
