Rachael is a qualified school teacher, trauma informed mindfulness practitioner, graduate psychologist and neurodevelopmental specialist. Rachael classes herself as a life-long learner and has a keen interest in many areas such as early brain development, attachment, trauma, creativity, mind wandering, meditation and the science of sleep. Rachael is also a mum of two young children and she enjoys coming up with creative ways to involve them in her yoga and meditation practices. For many years Rachael has used her guided meditations to help children relax and let go of their worries and sooth themselves to sleep.
