Take a moment to arrive where you are.

You don't need to change anything,

You don't need to do this in a certain way.

Just let your body find a position that feels comfortable enough.

My name is Rasa and I'll be here with you for a while.

You don't need to listen closely to my words and you don't need to follow along perfectly.

My voice is simply here to keep you company as your body begins to rest.

Notice the surface beneath you.

The weight of your body being held.

The quiet gravity of being here.

If you are laying down,

Allow the bed or the floor to take your weight for you.

If you are sitting,

Let the chair support you fully.

You don't need to hold yourself up right now,

You are allowed to be supported.

Bring your attention to your breath,

Without trying to control it.

Just notice the gentle movement as air enters your body and leaves again.

There is nothing you need to listen for and nothing you need to remember.

If your mind drifts,

That's fine.

If you fall asleep at any point,

That is completely okay.

Right now there is no task to complete,

No outcome to achieve and no effort required.

This time is simply for letting go of the day.

For allowing your nervous system to recognize that,

In this moment,

You are safe.

Nothing is being asked of you.

Nothing needs your attention.

You might already notice a small softening in your shoulders,

In your jaw,

In the space behind your eyes.

If thoughts are still moving,

Let them move.

You don't need to follow them and you don't need to stop them.

You can think of this as a pause.

A gentle transition out of doing and into resting.

A place where your body can begin to slow down in its own time.

For now,

Just stay here,

Breathing,

Being held and letting yourself arrive.

As you continue to rest,

Allow your attention to soften even more.

There's no need to imagine anything clearly.

Just let a sense of space begin to form around you.

You may start to notice a quiet brightness.

Not a light that shines,

More like a gentle whiteness that simply exists.

This is a calm,

Neutral space made of white light.

It doesn't really move,

It doesn't demand anything,

It is simply here,

Steady and consistent.

You are not floating away,

You are not travelling anywhere.

This space forms around you exactly where you are.

The white light feels even,

Soft on the eyes,

Warm without heat,

Like being inside something that knows how to hold you.

There are no edges you need to find,

No direction you need to face.

The white light is above you,

Beneath you and around you,

All at once.

It is a space designed to rest,

A place where nothing unexpected happens,

Where the nervous system doesn't need to stay alert.

If your mind tries to define it,

You can let that go.

This space doesn't need details,

It is sensed more than seen.

Notice how your body responds as you rest here.

Perhaps the breath deepens slightly.

Perhaps the muscles begin to loosen without you asking them to.

This white light isn't here to energize you,

It is here to settle you,

To let everything slow down.

You don't have to stay focused on it,

Even if your attention drifts,

The light remains.

For now,

Simply allow yourself to be inside this quiet,

White space,

Supported and contained,

Completely unrushed.

Nothing else needs to happen yet.

As you rest inside this quiet space of white light,

You may begin to sense that you are not alone here.

Not in a way that requires your attention and not in a way that asks anything of you.

The beings of white light are already present.

They have been here all along.

You don't need to see them clearly and you don't need to picture faces or forms.

It is enough to notice a sense of calm presence around you.

They are here,

Steady and quiet,

Unmoving.

Some may feel closer,

Some further away,

Perhaps one near your head,

Others gently positioned around your body.

They are not watching or doing anything,

They are simply being here.

Their presence feels neutral and reassuring,

Like something dependable that doesn't change.

There is no urgency here,

No intention other than support.

These beings of white light are not here to fix you,

They are not here to guide or instruct.

They are simply holding the space so your body can rest more deeply.

You might notice that,

With their presence,

Your breathing becomes slower.

Your chest and belly soften a little more.

The part of you that stays alert begins to ease.

Nothing needs to be communicated and you don't need to interact with them in any way.

They are here,

Whether you notice them or not.

If it helps,

You can sense them as a quiet circle of light around you,

Not enclosing or restricting,

Just gently present.

Their steadiness gives your nervous system a very clear signal.

You don't have to stay on guard,

You don't have to stay awake.

You are being quietly accompanied and that is enough.

Allow yourself to rest here for a few moments inside the white light,

With the beings of white light nearby.

Nothing to do and nothing to figure out,

Just resting in their calm presence.

Now that you are resting inside this space,

Allow your attention to gently return to your body,

Not to analyze it,

Just to feel it from the inside.

Notice where your body is making contact with what's beneath you,

The back of your head,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your hips,

Your legs.

Feel how the surface below you is carrying your weight.

You don't need to adjust anything,

You don't need to hold yourself in place.

Imagine that beneath your body,

The white light becomes slightly denser,

Still soft and still gentle,

But steady enough to support you fully.

Your body can rest into it,

Like being held without pressure.

As you breathe out,

Feel your muscles respond on their own.

The shoulders drop a little,

The jaw loosens,

The belly releases its grip.

There is no need to check whether you are relaxing enough.

Your body already knows how to do this.

Now sense the white light around you again.

Not just beneath you,

But surrounding you completely.

It doesn't press in,

It doesn't close you off.

It simply creates a gentle boundary where your energy can settle.

Like being comfortably contained,

Not tight or restricted,

Just held.

Inside this field of light,

Nothing pulls at you,

Nothing leaks out.

Your energy doesn't need to go anywhere else.

You might notice a feeling of heaviness beginning to spread,

Or maybe warmth,

Or a quiet stillness.

If your thoughts drift,

That is fine.

Your body is still here,

Still supported.

Let your arms rest where they are.

Let your hands become heavy and feel your legs soften into the surface beneath them.

You are not floating,

You are not disappearing.

You are very gently arriving inside your body.

This is a safe place to be,

Contained and supported,

Completely at ease.

Stay here for a few slow breaths.

As your body continues to settle,

You may notice that your mind wants something simple to rest on.

Not something to think about,

Just something gentle to hold.

If it feels supportive,

You can quietly allow a few words to move through you.

You don't need to repeat them perfectly.

You don't need to say them in time with your breath.

Even letting one of them pass through your awareness is enough.

Let these words arrive slowly.

My body knows how to soften.

There is no instruction in this,

Just a reminder.

Your body already understands this language.

Pause for a moment.

Notice what responds.

Then,

When it feels natural,

I am surrounded by white light.

Not imagining it harder,

Just acknowledging what is already here.

The steady space.

The calm presence around you.

And now,

Gently,

I am safe in my body.

You don't need to convince yourself of this.

You are simply allowing your system to hear it.

If you like,

You can return to any one of these phrases.

You don't need all three.

Whichever feels most soothing in this moment is enough.

They are not meant to keep you awake.

They are here to give your nervous system a familiar signal.

A quiet reassurance it can recognize.

If the words fade away,

Let them fade.

If they come back on their own,

Let them pass through.

Your body is already doing the work.

These words are just accompanying it.

Rest here for a little while,

Inside the white light,

Supported and safe.

Now,

There is nothing new to introduce,

Nothing more to add.

You can allow my words to become softer,

More spaced,

Less important.

Your body already knows where it is going.

The white light remains steady around you.

The beings of white light are still present.

Nothing has changed and nothing needs attention.

If thoughts appear,

Let them pass through like distant sounds.

You don't need to follow them and you don't need to finish them.

Feel how your breath is slower now,

Your body heavier and the space inside quieter.

There may be moments of drifting,

Small gaps where you lose track of my voice.

That's a good sign.

You don't need to come back.

You can let the words blur,

Let the pauses stretch.

Everything important has already been said.

You are safe and you are held and you are allowed to rest.

And now,

Even these words can begin to dissolve.

Just staying with the feeling of being supported,

Of being inside your body,

Of nothing being required.

Sleep can arrive whenever it wants.

You don't need to wait for it.

You don't need to notice it,

Resting,

Softening,

Drifting.

There is nothing else to do now.

Good night,

Beautiful being.
