Points Of Stillness - Your Breath Is The Ocean

The inspiration to write this album was to give something back. I wanted to create a body of work that could work on different levels: To help others enter a quiet space that could help facilitate meditation, yoga or prayer; To help therapists in their different modalities be it massage, reiki or breathwork; Or for pure enjoyment and relaxation.
