Cancer-free immunity calling in the troops.
Many hypnotists know that just imagining being burned can cause blisters to form in a subject.
Many men know that their bodies can respond to pornographic scenarios although they're not real.
Likewise we can also use our imaginations to help our bodies respond to medications and heal.
You can listen to this description of the immune response once or twice daily.
You can also make your own.
The more vivid the better.
The funnier the better.
Laughter bolsters the immune system.
Cancer cells look watery,
Disorderly,
Weak,
Shriveled,
Fragile,
Thin,
And saggy.
Listen them like this as a single cell or as a disordered conglomeration of cells.
All watery,
Disorderly,
Weak,
Shriveled,
Fragile,
And saggy.
Your body has many kinds of very active healthy white cells flowing around in your blood veins,
Galleries,
Lymphatic symptoms systems,
And intracellular fluid.
They move up and down these pathways to protect you.
There are the scouts that find the weakened cancer cells.
You can imagine that these scouts have binoculars and a keen sense of hearing and smell.
They mark cancer cells for attack and extermination.
There are also the big mouth killer white cells.
They hunt out the marked cancer cells,
Kill them,
And bag them up.
Then the cleaning white cells come,
Pick up the bags of dead cancer cells,
And discard them.
All white cells travel in fleets,
Very fast moving coordinated fleets.
There are thousands traveling in fleets all around your body.
They are strong,
Well coordinated sailors and marines.
They protect you loyally.
Before we begin our creative visualization,
Let's get into a slightly relaxed,
Slightly dissociated dreamy state.
It's easy.
First,
Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Breathe in for counts,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold seven,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
And breathe out eight as you relax,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Again in four,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold seven,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
And out doubling that relaxation.
Out eight,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
One last time,
In four,
Hold seven,
And out eight,
Doubling that relaxation again.
Breathe naturally now.
In a moment,
I'm going to ask you to imagine yourself levitating.
Before you imagine that,
Imagine that you've anchored yourself to a bed or chair or maybe a tree with a good rope.
Once fastened,
Imagine how it would feel to feel yourself starting to levitate.
Perhaps it feels as though you're leaving your body on the surface,
A little lightheaded perhaps as you lift off the surface up in the air in your immediate space,
Up over the top of your immediate space where you were down there.
Up higher over the building down there.
Higher over the buildings,
Roads,
Streets,
And trees way down there.
Then higher over the neighborhood or the area you live.
Higher past the birds,
Up into the clouds,
Up past the clouds where you are delighted to find a nice,
Well anchored,
Stable feather or cotton bed or chair where you can rest and look out at the cloud formations floating by on a mostly clear blue day or look out at star formations on a clear dark night,
Whichever you prefer.
Here you can daydream or dream dreams of health,
Comfort,
And joy.
Now let's imagine a clear picture of a big mouth white killer cell.
It's much bigger,
Faster,
Stronger,
Plumper,
Firmer than the cancer cells.
The white killer cell has a very big mouth that can engulf one or even several cancer cells at the same time like a frog or a python.
Its sole purpose is to destroy,
Eat,
Bag,
And then die.
Imagine 10 of these big mouth white cells swimming around in a squat,
Big eyes bulging,
Looking for cancer cells that had been marked for attack.
The big mouth white cells are just licking their chops,
Thinking yum,
Yum,
Eat a month.
Now they multiply,
Now you can multiply this squad by eight until you have 80 of them.
Here the leader on the walkie talkie pointing out a small group of cancer cells marked for attack over there and watch these 80 cells move in mouths open on the small group of trembling cancer cells all too weak and too slow to escape.
The cancer cells try futilely to take cover or run away,
But they're too weak,
Too crippled,
And too slow.
So they just give up,
They surrender,
They say their last prayers just before the big mouth white cells gobble them up.
The big mouth white cells are like having white garbage bags eating up the garbage.
The white cleaners move in to collect the garbage bags,
Carry them away from the affected areas and discard them into the outflowing rivers and canals,
Blowing out your body.
Your body excretes them.
The only cells left are your healthy cells,
The ones too tough for the killers to eat.
The healthy cells flush clean by your body,
The healthy cells happy that the old cancer cells are gone.
Now imagine one,
One scout of a thousand scouts locating a marked tumor.
It radios into headquarters,
Then suddenly a fleet of white big mouth garbage bag cells attack from the river.
A squadron of the big mouth cells come down from the hills,
And another squadron comes down from the sky.
They break through the weak walls of the tumor,
And they go all the way to the very center chamber.
And starting at the center,
They move outward,
Destroying and gobbling up all the weak cells,
Every single one.
The white cleaner cells come in,
Collect the garbage bags,
Put them in wheelbarrows and dump them into a fast-moving outflowing river,
And your body excretes them.
The river carries them into the ocean where they are lost forever.
And then your body flushes out the debris,
Leaving a spic and span empty hole,
Which is quickly prepared for the new growth of healthy,
Happy cells.
Now put that story in a pink bubble and send it out into the universe.
Imagine all the forces,
Earth,
Wind,
Fire,
And water,
And energy,
And the heavenly bodies,
And the energy and vibrations surrounding them,
All beginning to coordinate,
To coordinate,
To move about,
To make your visualization happen.
And then allow yourself to gradually follow your rope back down,
Back into your body,
Back to you where you are resting now.
Before you come out of your dream,
Repeat these words.
My cancer cells are weak and disorganized.
My white cells are strong and cunning.
They have overwhelmed the cancer cells.
They have gobbled up the cancer cells and carried them away.
The only cells remaining are the healthy and happy ones.
And now when you are ready,
You can use your own time and your own way to gradually come out of your meditative state.
