Solo piano arpeggios invite you to breathe in and breathe out to the music, to create a relaxed state so you are ready to start your day, or end one project and begin the next. I composed this as a self-centering piece to start my daily piano practice and hope you will find it useful as you stretch, center yourself, and regain the composure necessary for your wellbeing.
