Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.

Now bring your hands out in front of you,
Almost as if you were holding an empty bowl or an empty plate right here in front of you.
I invite you to close your eyes if you're comfortable.
And within your mind's eye,
I invite you to focus on a time in your life that you appreciate.
Maybe it's a person that you appreciate.
Maybe it's a time where you found resilience and you moved through an obstacle.
Or maybe it's just can be a pet or something about you that you appreciate.
And when you find it and connect to it,
See it in your mind's eye and just say yes.
And then bring your hands to your heart.
And then bring your hands right out in front of you as if you were just holding an empty plate.
And again close your eyes if you're comfortable and connect to maybe a time in your life that you will always cherish.
A moment where you felt alive,
You appreciated life,
You felt full.
And as soon as you see it,
Say yes and then bring it back to the heart.
And continue at your own pace.
