Let's begin by settling into a comfortable position and allowing for your eyes to close.
Do a quick scan of your energy field as we start this session,
Just observing where you're at today.
Now come away from everything,
Your past,
Old versions of you,
Even how you define yourself.
Let it all blur so far into the background until all that is left is your pure awareness.
Take a deep breath in of pure awareness and exhaling everything else into the background.
Take another deep breath in of pure awareness and exhaling everything else further into the background.
One more deep breath in of pure awareness.
Every drop of your attention here in this moment.
And exhaling everything else so far into the blurry background.
Great work.
Take this in for a second,
Noticing how much more room and freedom you have now in the landscapes of your mind.
Now pour all of your awareness into this affirmation mantra,
Charging these words with your energy.
