Meet your Teacher

Olivia is a licensed therapist and private practice owner with thousands of hours of clinical training in therapeutic modalities, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her therapeutic practice centers on key topics such as relationships, loneliness, and life transitions. Olivia provides profound insights to her introverted clients, helping them explore their unique emotions while acknowledging the challenges and advantages that come with being an introvert. She passionately supports individuals navigating introversion and sensitivity. As a sensitive and introverted person herself, Olivia draws on her personal experiences to foster a nurturing and compassionate environment for all her clients. She is dedicated to empowering introverts and highly sensitive individuals to reclaim their authentic voices through emotional expression and thoughtful reflection. Olivia excels at guiding introverts along their path of self-discovery and emotional well-being, drawing on her own journey as a source of inspiration.

Sensitivity

Today, we focus on our sensitivity as a valuable asset that brings us peace and enhances our lives. This session will cover strategies to help introverts enjoy social situations while maintaining their need for harmony and peace. We will conclude with a gentle affirmation practice.

Belonging

Today, we examine our relationships, specifically, what belonging means to us. We reflect on the special people in our lives with whom we can be more vulnerable and deepen our connections. We will embrace the opportunity to be truly seen and understood through gentle affirmations.

Lesson 5

Encouragement

We wrap up with encouragement and reflect on what we've learned. Today, we observe our thoughts about ourselves without judgment. When we encounter critical thoughts about our personality and needs, we label them. We will end by breathing in empathy, understanding, and appreciation for ourselves, recognizing our beauty and capabilities.
