Justin Malik is an award-winning podcaster/podcast producer and award-winning audiobook narrator, having recorded and produced thousands of hours of narration, and meditated nearly as much. He has taken classes with Pema Chodron, Bernard McGrane, practiced meditation solo and in group settings, and practices Tai Chi, where he was first introduced to NSDR (non-sleep deep rest, or yoga nidra / yogic sleep). In his free time, he enjoys playing the drums and solving Sudoku puzzles.

I was looking for a shorter tonglen practice this morning and this was just perfect! It brought me to tears and was just what I needed. I will add this to a playlist and no doubt revisit this often.a perfect starter practice to get used to doing tonglen, perfect when your short on time, or to begin with and lead you into a longer silent practice.
