Ocean Mind Meditations incorporate a style of meditation that I founded through my own experiences with various styles of meditation. I found that the best way for me to drop into meditation was through three phases: breath, sound, and awareness. The structure of these meditations allows an individual to purify, align, and create in a fluid experience.
