Hello,
This is Norbi and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's start by closing our eyes and let's take a slow deep breath in and exhale out.
Before we begin this meditation,
Let's ask ourselves a few questions.
Who am I?
You may not know the answer to this question,
But this could be a good time to start this dialogue with the universe.
What do I want?
What do I want?
The answer can be material,
Spiritual,
Ethereal,
Physical or emotional,
Anything you would like to see fulfilled.
What is my Dharma or my purpose in life?
How can I help?
How can I serve?
What is my purpose?
And now let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and exhale out.
Let go of the answers.
Let go of the questions.
Now begin to silently repeat the mantra,
OM AH HUM.
OM AH HUM.
OM tranquility of mind,
AH tranquility of speech,
HUM tranquility of heart.
Remember that repetition of the mantra is gentle and relaxed and there is no need to force or concentrate.
OM AH HUM.
OM AH HUM.
From time to time,
You may notice that your attention has drifted away from the mantra to other thoughts in your mind,
A noise in the environment or a sensation in your body.
Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted away,
Gently bring it back to the mantra.
OM AH HUM.
OM AH HUM.
Now continue to meditate gently.
I'll watch the time,
So I'll tell you when to stop.
Now you can gently release the mantra and bring your attention and awareness to your heart.
And then tell yourself,
May I be happy,
May I be healthy,
May I be safe,
And may I be at peace and live with ease.
Namaste.
OM AH HUM.
OM AH HUM.
OM AH HUM.
OM AH HUM.
