Any unpleasant,
Unhelpful or negative energies will be leaving you soon.
Blink those eyes for me.
Your eyelids beginning to grow heavier as they start to close.
Preparing for deep relaxation too.
Allow a sense of release to come over you,
As all stress or tension is soothed away.
And let's set the positive intention now,
To remove all unwanted energies and invite the love and the light of divinity into your mind,
Body,
Spirit complex.
And in this intention,
We bring this light spiraling down down from above,
Welcoming its high vibration to heal,
Restore,
Cleanse and protect you.
And to shield you moving forward from any more unwanted energies that you may be exposed to.
So in your mind's eye,
See,
Or you can simply sense and feel a white golden light spiraling down from above.
Down and over your body,
Encircling your body as you ease into peaceful surrender.
And you may be aware of this loving cleansing energy spiraling around and around you.
And this spiral motion helps you to relax further and soothes you even more.
Let's take three deep breaths of this miraculous cleansing light.
Go ahead,
Inhaling the cleansing energy and exhaling all negative energies.
Exhaling cleansing light and exhaling all that doesn't serve you.
Inhale and exhale.
And with a gentle warmth,
This healing light moves through your skin so gently and easily and all over your body as it moves and travels throughout the entirety of you from head to toe.
Feel how this feels.
So pure,
Caring,
Kind and healing.
And as it does so,
Sense and notice how you relax so deeply.
And this divine light illuminates your head,
Relaxing your mind,
Elevating your thoughts and your outlook to such a pleasant state of joy and contentment.
Everything that's been on your mind is melting away into happy solutions.
Release everything that doesn't serve you and focus now on all those muscles in your face which often hold tension but releasing all that now.
Your brow and forehead relax and smooth over.
And the muscles around your eyes and your cheeks soften and release.
And your jaw settles to a fully relaxed position.
As this cleansing,
Healing light spirals down so silently,
It radiates the most gorgeous golden glow.
And you are assuming this high vibe radiance too.
And any area of your body where you intuitively feel you've been carrying any of that negative energy to be released,
Just direct the healing energy there.
Go ahead for absolute cleansing.
Your upper back is being revitalized by these energies,
Pushing out anything you've been carrying.
Same too with your shoulders which are sinking down into true contentment,
Removing anything unhelpful from your shoulders now as it flows out and away.
And however you see or perceive the unwanted energies leaving you now,
Away they go,
Engulfed and carried away by the light to be transmuted into positive energy somewhere else.
Freeing yourself of any energies that must go right now.
That is your worthy intent and it is so it's happening at this moment.
And all the while,
You move and drift into a healthy relaxation,
Healing time for you.
Bending into comfortable surrender and dreamy rest.
The light illuminates your chest now,
Cleansing and revitalizing this area.
As anything you just don't need or want in terms of old energies moves out and down your arms and away out through your fingertips.
As your chest glows brighter,
So do your arms,
Relaxed and heavy as they're healed and nourished by the light.
Everything that has to go from your arms,
Elbows,
Wrists and hands leaves through your fingertips out and away.
And your arms are fully relaxed and illuminated.
Your lower back too,
Your stomach,
Digestive system and down to your pelvis and hips.
Also receive the benefits of this healing spiral of light working to free you and elevate your vibration to the highest level.
Any energies that you've been carrying in these areas are dislodging and moving,
Being carried away by the river of love energy moving through you and effortlessly flowing out and away down through your legs,
Your thighs,
Knees,
Calves and shins and through your ankles and feet.
And out through the tips of your toes.
Your insides also feeling bright,
Cleansed and cleared.
Relaxing more and more,
Illuminating more and more until your lower body and legs reach a state of full high frequency contentment.
And the spiral of light still moving and flowing through you is working on every cell and fiber of your being to fortify,
Nourish and strengthen you,
Not just your body but your mind and spirit too.
This light now forms a shield all around you,
Encircling you with light.
See or sense this happening now.
This protective shield remains with you moving forward and any unpleasant,
Unhelpful or negative energies will rebound from this shield.
It's impenetrable while you remain at your high vibration inside.
The vibrant light has cleansed your energies and is leaving you fully protected,
Revitalized,
Cared for,
Empowered and loved.
Take a few moments to welcome and accept these energies permanently,
High vibe energies that are now yours to remain with you always.
And these high vibe energies will replenish and change,
Always cycling in new energies into your mind,
Body,
Spirit complex,
Cleansing out anything unwanted and leaving you radiant and strong.
