Hello and welcome to this heart attachment and cord cutting process.
Please find yourself a nice comfortable place to sit or lay down.
Begin with just a couple nice deep breaths into the belly.
Really feel the belly rise and fall with the inhale and the exhale.
Now feel your root chakra.
Breathe into that and as you allow your awareness to settle into the root,
Envision roots,
Cords,
Tendrils coming out of your feet,
Out of your roots,
All the way to the center of the earth.
Finding that support,
That nurturing,
That safety.
Breathe into that for a few breaths.
Now bring your awareness to your crown chakra,
The top of your head.
Slowly allow that crown to open and as that opens,
You become aware of a pure,
Brilliant white light.
You dispirit the higher self and allow your breath to pull in through the crown,
Out through the root.
Take a moment or two to feel that breath,
Feel that movement,
Feel that openness of your vessel.
Allowing that movement,
That space through you,
The connection between the divine and this earthly realm.
And now bring your awareness to your heart.
Bring your breath to your heart.
Allowing your breath to create some space around your heart.
Fill that space with gratitude,
With compassion.
Breathing through the crown and filling that heart space.
Now ask your heart to show you all of its attachments,
Its cords,
Its threads that are connecting it to patterns,
Behaviors,
Thought processes,
People that are no longer serving you.
Just gently allow that space of gratitude and compassion.
These threads,
These strings,
These cords coming out of your heart.
In this space of compassionate allowance,
Just to see,
Maybe you'll know what each of them are.
Just allow yourself to be present with this visualization of these attachments,
These cords.
Still breathing in that space of gratitude,
Support and safety in through the crown.
And a beautiful,
Deep blue to surround.
Every breath in,
That light enters into the heart space.
The light of awareness,
Of change.
Slowly dissolve all of these cords,
These strings.
Just be the witness to this dissolution,
This detachment.
These strings core deep sense of gratitude for each one of those connections.
Those attachments did serve you.
They did let them dissolve to let yourself to a place to choose from without these attachments.
Still breathing as the last one finally starts to fade.
That sense of gratitude,
Compassion for self.
Those cords,
Those attachments was best.
Best choice that you could,
Finding gratitude for that self instead of judgment for self to know.
Now allow your breath and start to take that blue light heart space.
Pass out through the root into the earth.
Feeling that flow from the breath to just come back to the belly.
A soft place to rest.
The space of freedom.
Give yourself the opportunity to bring new choice.
As long as you need to sit in this space of peace.
Give yourself a big hug.
