Explore MeditationNate started his healing career in 2000 when he attended massage school here in Denver. After working in an auto accident and work comp injury facility for the first five years as practitioner, he started teaching massage and helped develop curriculum for the massage program at the school he taught for. Over his career, he has gained many certifications for bodywork related modalities, trauma release techniques and nervous system regulation, mindfulness coaching and breathwork facilitation. Nate's private sessions offer a very unique blend of techniques that can help those who are competitive endurance athletes, those dealing with chronic pain and injury, people wanting to rid their bodies of old traumas and those looking for a different, holistic approach to healing and managing their bodies. Nate loves to work with clients who come in with the understanding of their pains and traumas but have yet to find the way to embody the healing that is possible. Nate also offers group classes for breathwork, men's groups and coaching, and workshops. In these offerings, he creates a sacred and safe container for people to be present with what is happening in their lives to be able to process emotions, pains, traumas and find new choice and meaning in how they show up for themselves and others.
