Let yourself be here.
Breathe into it and wait.
Stay here for a moment longer than seems possible and then one moment more.
Begin to notice how your own love is reaching out to meet you.
Let it pour in through the cracks and meet what hurts.
Breathing in and out.
Reckoning to release into the warmth and comfort of your own love,
Of your own tenderness,
Into the grace and kindness that has been here all along.
Rest here,

For you are coming home.
