Let the vibrations open up your connection to universal wisdom in the crown; extend your vision and intuition in the third eye; release the unexpressed in the throat; tap into generous love and compassion in the heart; inhabit your purpose more fully in the solar plexus; heal old wounds in the sacral; and land into deep presence in the root. 3 minutes are given to explore each chakra, either in meditation or alongside reiki, with each separated by chimes.
