As we move through each chakra,
These sacred wheels envision its light radiating and expanding.
We will align your voice with your breath by deeply inhaling,
And on the exhale we will chant the sound together.

To clear space for your truth to rise.
We begin with your root chakra,
Located at the base of your spine.
This is your foundation,
Your anchor.
