Be inspiring.
Planet Earth has a master shell to protect life,
Its inner sweetness.
Earth quality of life can be defined as emotions.
Earth quality of life emotions can be defined by how negative and positive they are experienced.
The influencers for negative and positive emotions are the humans.
Running your life.
Running with work for a corporate company.
Running your own business.
The field is like running a map top.
It starts with a purpose.
It triggers an ambition.
It is followed with ups and downs.
And it ends with an accomplishment.
It was year 2010.
I was at a restaurant with friends to recognize a friend's accomplishment.
She had just completed the Montreal Marathon.
She was inspired to do so.
It inspired me and all eyes looked at me when I shared.
Next year,
We will all be here again at this table for the same reason we are here today.
Why?
Because I will be running the marathon.
Back in 2010,
Except running to the restroom,
I never really run before.
My friend's inspiration inspired me.
It triggered a purpose in me.
My new purpose triggered my ambition.
The Ambitions Principle by Socrat.
Let he who would move the world first move himself.
By the Dalai Lama.

There is no greater thing you can do with your life and your work.
Follow your passions.
In a way that serves the world and you.
By the Poneko Theory.
You will.
Not because you have to.
Because you can.
Never limit your ambitions.
I was committing to go out of my comfort zone which would allow me to discover myself more.
I was committed to move myself and build something better within me.
No matter others thoughts.
Often,
The one who shares its ambition to others will receive one of the three following things.
They'll think it would be a failure.
They'll doubt.
They'll believe and support.
Skies the limit is not enough.
Go beyond the limits of the universe.
The No Limit Principle by Albert Einstein.
Once we accept our limits,
We go beyond them.
By Les Brown.
Life has no limitations except the ones you make.
By Bruce Lee.
If you always put limit on everything you do,
Physical or anything else,
It will spread into your work and into your life.
There are no limits.
There are only plattos.
You must not stay there.
You must go beyond them.
By the Poneko Theory.
Don't limit your challenges.
Rather,
Challenge your limits.
Nearly one year past.
It was September 23rd of 2011.
We were approximately 2,
678 ambitious runners from various ages and various experiences.
We were all on the Montreal-Jart-Cortese bridge cheering each other.
It was like putting fuel in everyone's energy tank as we were waiting for the green light.
Four hours,
Twelve minutes was the approximate average time for the 2,
678 ambitious runners to cross the finish line.
Four hours,
Twelve minutes with ups and downs.
Four hours,
Twelve minutes with yourself,
With your mind,
With your thoughts.
Four hours,
Twelve minutes of what appeared to be a lifetime journey.
Four hours,
Twelve minutes is a long run to the restroom.
When running for your life,
Work or our business,
There's several ups and downs.
When going down,
The negative thoughts are trying to influence you to quit.
Why am I doing this?
Why run?
Just walk.
You won't make it anyway.
Just stop it.
In life,
You will never speak to anyone than you speak to yourself in your head.
Therefore,
It is important to be kind with yourself.
The no play,
No gain principle by Albert Einstein.
Great spirits have always encountered violent position for media minds.
By Bruce Lee.
Do not pray for an easy life.
Pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.
By Steve Jobs.
Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick.
Don't lose faith.
By the pineapple theory.
An emotional challenge and sign of a mental strength is when many appreciate what you do in the shadow and in silence.
And you still do more than expected.
When you're down,
It is like a superhero movie.
The hero throughout its fight with the bad is down.
The hero is down,
He really breathing,
Thinking he's been defeated,
Thinking it's over.
That is until the hero looks back at its foundation and find that tool to stand up and go back out there to accomplish its purpose.
The never quit principle by Buddha.
The one in whom no longer exists the craving and thirst that perpetrate becoming,
How can you track the awakened one?
Trackless and of limited reach.
By Mohammed Iqbal.
Failure is not failed until we surrender trying is the key to glorious victory.
By Albert Einstein.
You only fail when you stop trying.
By Bruce Lee.
Defeat is not defeat unless accepted as a reality in your own mind.
By the pineapple theory.
If you know your why,
It means that you can see it,
It means that you believe it,
It means that you can achieve it.
Believe to achieve.
Throughout the 4 hours 12 minute journey of ups and downs,
The never quit principle is assisted by other powerful tools such as,
Quoted by the pineapple theory,
We all have emotional batteries,
We are all energy,
Your positive energy can help someone else recharge.
What starts with you is not about you.
And because the best way to cheer yourself is to cheer somebody else up.
I was that runner cheering all other ambitious runners passing by me.
I was giving them my positive energy even if I wasn't mean to receive something.
Unless you do the right things,
The right things will not happen to you.
Supporters add a marathon.
They applause,
They express motivating words and more.
They are sharing positive energy to all 2,
678 ambitious runners.
I remember throughout the 4 hours 12 minutes when I was feeling down,
My negative thoughts were trying to convince me to take a break from running and simply walk.
The negative thought was running faster in my mind than I was physically.
This was until I recognized on the sidelines with its camera pointing at me,
Someone I knew.
He expressed supporting words,
He took a shot and it gave me a positive push to keep on going.
4 hours 12 minutes of giving myself small challenges to give myself small recognitions.
4 hours 12 minutes on the clock when the finish line was crossed.
In a humble way,
That feeling of accomplishment rises to the eyes.
The self-recognition principle by Albert Einstein.
The best way to cheer yourself is to cheer somebody else up.
By Sadhguru,
The most beautiful moments in life are moments when you are expressing your joy,
Not when you are seeking it.
By the pineapple of theory,
Learn to recognize and celebrate your personal mind-souls.
It will trigger positive emotions in you.
In conclusion,
What started with someone's inspiration,
Inspired me.
One year later,
We were all gathered to recognize an accomplishment.
An accomplishment that inspired someone else.
And the pattern,
The circle,
Initiates itself again.
A purpose takes birth,
It triggers an ambition,
There are several ups and downs,
And it ends with an accomplishment.
You choose who you choose to be.
It all starts with the foundation.
And you are your own foundation.
Before building up your blocks,
Build a foundation,
Make sure it's solid and that it remains solid.
The ambitions principle,
The no limit principle,
The no pain no gain principle,
And the self-recognition principle,
They are tools available that can be part of your foundation and your foundation.
It is important to always work on it,
Which will make it better,
Always stronger.
It requires to practice and to always keep practicing.
Today at home,
I have my marathon jersey in the middle.
Two objects to remind me of an accomplishment when I feel down.
Two objects to remind myself of several important pieces of my foundation.
Two objects that remind me to keep moving in life,
No matter what.
No pain no gain.
Believe to achieve.
Don't fear.
Strong mind.
No regrets.
Focus.
You will.
Not because you have to,
But because you can.
When you're inspired,
You become inspiring.
