Excellent meditation. I love everything about it, your voice is so calming and relaxing while guiding us to be self aware of holding onto tension affects us tremendously holding onto tension has caused me chronic neck and shoulder pain for years. This was lovely, I’m sure it will become a go to for me. My wish would be for you to create more content like this. Rumi’s poetry is a rich reserve of inspiration.
