Permit your spirit to be light of heart, joyful and trusting. Extend that permission toward others so they can also be this way. Be in their company without judging them. Your judgements are a lack of acceptance. Loving others means you accept them. People can really feel your love when there is no judgement to get in the way.

5 Be the Light of the World Forget not about your divine heritage as a spark of divine consciousness,

The pure essence and embodiment of the Most Holy who created the moon,

The stars,

And all that is.

You are also the divine co-creator.

Forget not of your value.

Tenderize yourself and your surroundings.

By that we mean soften your heart and create a setting that inspires you to be tender-hearted.

Share that healing balm,

First on you and then on others.

Be the light of the world.

Permit your spirit to be light of heart,

Joyful and trusting.

Be in their company without judging them.

Your judgments are a lack of acceptance.

Loving others means you accept them.

People can really feel your love when there is no judgment to get in the way.

Why don't you turn around and do the same for yourself?

Accept yourself as you are without judgment.

Every journey begins with love.

Self-love is your starting point to be the light of the world.

Light up your own heart,

Then it will light the way for others to do the same.

Remember that you are all sparks of divine consciousness.

If you judge yourself,

Then you judge Source.

If you judge others,

Then you judge Source.

Accept the way people are,

Each one of a kind in their own way.

Just be a light so they can find their way back to Source.

You need do nothing else to be of service to humankind.
