Welcome to this gratitude blessing for deep sleep.
I invite you to take a few minutes and with a notebook,
A post-it note or your phone to go ahead and write down the things that are coming to your mind as you're winding down your day and preparing for a wonderful sleep.
Make notes of everything that's coming to your mind.
Maybe the things that you didn't get done or the things that you want to do tomorrow.
Go ahead and put that down.
And when you're ready,
Allow yourself to come into this space,
Releasing the day and drifting off to deep sleep.
I know who I am and what I am a part of.
I know my higher self and my soul know the way.
I let go of everything from this day.
I allow myself to trust life.
I choose to trust myself.
I know I am taken care of and I am perfect in every way.
As I now surrender to sweet sleep,
I choose to remember the best moments of my day.
I know I can focus on anything I choose to.
And right now,
As I drift off into restorative sleep,
I focus on the best parts of my day.
I feel deep gratitude.
I am in awe.
As I replay my highlight reel and cherish the best parts of my day,
I know life is providing for me.
Ideas,
Connections,
Opportunities,
And everything I could possibly desire are all moving toward me in the most magical of ways.
I ask the universe to take care of what I cannot and to work on my behalf while I sleep.
As I fall asleep,
I have a deep stillness within me.
I trust life and I trust myself.
There is no need for worry,
Stress,
Or doubt.
I am confident.
I am calm.
I am certain.
Life supports me in every way.
I smile and acknowledge the blessings and beauty that is present in my life.
I enjoyed this day.
I did my best with it.
I now release it and rest.
I know that good awaits me in the morning.
