This is Martha Ringer.
Welcome to this guided audio.
Softly,
Slowly,
Gently.
Relaxing in the joy of being.
Words by Martha Ringer.
Music by Steve Chopiak.
We have a natural rhythm that is connected,
Present,
Clear and relaxed.
Its foundation is softly,
Slowly,
Gently.
We overlay it with our own urgencies by living at the adrenaline pace of life obscuring our true focus.
If we can quell the urges to go faster,
Be quick about it,
Push with fury,
We get to drop into our solid foundation of being that holds our true pace.
As you listen,
Allow the soft rise and fall of your breath to relax you.
Invite yourself to settle into you and receive your own gentleness.
Let any anticipation go,
Let the mind go.
Come into this receiving space free of the world and filled with divine loving.
Let these words flow into you and watch as they arrive.
They were given to me by spirit,
Teaching me to relax even deeper into who I am.
Beginning,
Going within.
A slow,
Calm pace becomes devotion to our being.
Being attuned to the gently connects us to the intimacy of the moment.
The rise and fall of a baby's breath is gentle,
Soft and flowing to its own rhythm.
Touch into the soft,
Gentle being you truly are.
Be in the stillness and connect with your is-ness.
Dwell in the beauty of the quiet.
When you begin to lose focus,
Ask yourself,
Can you please stay here with me a little bit longer?
The quieting within listens to a deeper pace of being.
The middle,
Receiving.
Reserve your energy through a slowing pace.
In the slowness everything becomes visible.
Watch the graceful movement of a person completely relaxed in their body and being present in the moment.
Notice how their calm relaxes you.
In moments of stress,
Our infant breath can lead us back into our attunement with softly,
Slowly,
Gently.
Gently is the remembrance of your soul.
Taste the pace of softly,
Slowly,
Gently and you will want to keep replenishing from this well.
Relaxing into being connects us to the divine.
The slower the motion,
The faster the knowing.
Divine respect is the willingness to slow down to meet what the moment is offering.
Connecting to softly,
Slowly,
Gently is the dance that forgets all time and space and lets us live in the infinite flow of being.
Balance the urge to go and do with the pull to sit a moment in your being and simply listen.
The end.
Anchoring.
Fast-paced is the world's expectation.
Trust spirit's generosity delivered in a natural attuned soft breath.
Tensing up disturbs the natural flow.
Our slowed down pace accesses information we might otherwise overlook.
Relaxing into slowly can receive what is next.
Stay in the moment to moment now.
Softly,
Slowly,
Gently moves us into loving.
When the hurry emerges,
The first inclination is to go faster.
Yet wisdom tells us to slow down and let clarity lead the pace.
Focusing on softly,
Slowly,
Gently allows room for grace.
We are directed quite clearly when our pace of doing matches our pace of being.
Staying in the slowness keeps us steady and aligned.
Our inner slow motion attunes us to the needed outer movement.
Respect yourself by pausing and observing.
Pausing strengthens your focus.
Let the pause be your clarifier.
Choose to be led by the softly,
Slowly,
Gently in you.
Allow the being to guide the doing.
Creative spontaneity emerges in softly,
Slowly,
Gently.
Love the pace that keeps time to God's rhythm.
The quiet calm is calling you forward.
