I just read your description. I’m with you. One of the hardest journeys I’ve had. All through this meditation, I felt reflective. It was quiet and simple. I felt like I was alone, probably in a car. Like the mind was just wandering through things in my life, past present and future. I’m trying to learn to leave the past and stay out of the future. Hard. Past is what I learn from what made me, me. But no matter how hard I try, can’t change it. Sometimes it’s best left there. In the past. Future, I can’t control, as much as I’d like to believe I can. Need to stay present and enjoy the ride that brought me here and sit back and see where that ride takes me. This helped me see this a little more clearly. Like I said, it was quiet. It was simple.
