
Affirmations For Weight Loss

Are you struggling with losing weight? Often it is because of how we talk to our bodies that keep them from sheding the pounds that we are trying to lose. In this guided meditation I help you see how beautiful you are and to offer affirmations that will help you begin the conversation of self-love, thereby helping you lose the weight with ease.
Transcript
I want you to find a comfortable position and allow your breath to go in and out at a very relaxed pace.
As you consciously pay attention to your breath,
You allow your body to become more and more relaxed.
Every time you breathe in,
You find yourself becoming more and more relaxed and at peace and calm.
With every time you exhale,
You allow the tension and the stresses of the day to be released with ease.
As that beautiful air circulates through your body,
It relaxes everything in its path.
You are feeling more and more relaxed with every sound you hear from my voice.
With every breath you take,
Every part of your body relaxes even more completely.
I want you to imagine a relaxing light surrounding your body,
A nice warm feeling going through you,
Relaxing you into a deeper state of relaxation.
I will be counting from five to one and as I do this,
You will find yourself going into a deeper state of relaxation.
You will find yourself becoming more and more relaxed and receptive to all the words that I say.
Five,
Four,
You are becoming more and more relaxed.
Three,
You are going deeper into a deeper state of relaxation.
Two,
You are very,
Very relaxed.
One,
You are completely relaxed now.
Now I want you to imagine yourself on a beach with your feet in the sand.
The waves are crashing in the background.
The birds are flying overhead.
There's a slight breeze and you feel fantastic in this moment.
It's also in this space of pure divine love that you feel fantastic.
You feel energized.
You feel beautiful inside and out.
In this place of perfect wellness,
I want you now to see a mirror.
As you look at this image,
I want you to see this beautiful,
Loving reflection of you.
If you are wanting to lose weight,
Imagine yourself the ideal weight you would like to become.
See yourself wearing something that makes you feel really sexy or attractive.
Look in the mirror and own that image.
See how great it feels to feel so light and to lose all the weight that you're asking to lose.
As you turn around and look at your whole body,
You are so giddy for all the weight that you've lost and how you've lost it with so much ease.
You thank your body for working so hard to lose the weight and your body thanks you for being healthy and paying attention.
Now I want you to step away from the mirror and as you put your feet in the sand,
I want you to pay attention to every part of your body.
I want you to thank every part of your body for working so well.
Thank your feet for holding you up and walking and dancing and moving about the world with ease.
Thank your calves for how beautiful they are and for how much they work to move you about the world and connect your knees to your feet.
Thank your knees for how well they work and even if they aren't working well,
Imagine in this world they're working perfectly.
Imagine you moving those knees in perfect divine wellness.
If you've had pain before,
You no longer have pain because you are a perfect being in perfect wellness right now.
As you move up to your thighs,
You're just so grateful that they are so strong and so healthy and so vibrant and how they can move so quickly and easily through life.
And as you feel them,
They're the perfect size.
Everything about them is perfect because they work so well for you all the time.
And as you move up into your midsection,
You notice that you no longer have pain.
You're thin,
You're sexy,
You're healthy.
Even your rear end is super sexy and perfect just as it is.
I want you to thank those parts of your body for working so hard,
For letting the weight drop off and putting you into a state of perfect wellness.
And even just imagine yourself in that sexy bathing suit and feeling so good in it.
And as you move up your body,
You imagine your chest and your arms and how perfect they are,
How you can breathe with ease.
If you struggled breathing before,
You no longer are struggling because you are in perfect wellness.
That the weight you're at now is perfect for you in this place.
As you look at your arms,
You see how well they work and how strong they are.
You're so impressed with how they move about in the world and all that they do for you.
All the way down to your fingertips.
Show gratitude for having your arms,
Having your shoulders,
Your elbows and how well everything moves without any pain with pure wellness and comfort.
And just show gratitude for how good you feel right now.
I want you now to imagine your face and if you had weight before in your face,
It is no longer there.
You're exactly where you need to be in your weight loss journey.
You are beautiful and healthy and happy.
And take a moment to thank your body for working so hard for coming back to the wellness that it deserves.
And your body equally thanks you for putting in all that effort to believe that this is possible to be as healthy as you are.
I will now begin a series of affirmations that will help you on your health journey,
Help you in your weight loss and help you reach a level of wellness that is beyond your imagination.
And as I say these affirmations,
I want you to repeat them in your mind's eye.
And when I say these words,
Know that they are true.
I am healthy and whole and my natural state is one of wellness.
I'm getting thinner and thinner every day.
Weight falls off me with ease.
I only eat what nourishes my body.
I am beautiful inside and out.
I love my body and my body loves me.
I lose weight with ease.
All of my organs are in perfect wellness.
I only talk positively to my body.
My body responds very easily to weight loss.
I am excited to be healthy again.
I am losing weight so quickly.
I know that at my core,
I am wellness.
I feel fantastic.
I love my body and I am grateful for how well it works for me.
Now after these affirmations sink into your heart,
When you come back into this time space in reality,
You will know that you have the power and the control to change your life by what you believe and what you say to your body on a daily basis.
I recommend to do this guided meditation for at least 21 days and when you do,
You will see drastic changes in your body and your health.

I loved it. The voice is soothing, so does the music. I appreciate the fact that it starts with relaxation, then visualization and ends with affirmations.
