Welcome to this short guided meditation for energetic and collective grit work. Take a few deep breaths in and out inhale and exhale and now feel and watch this breathing rhythm without judgment with pure observation and silence while feeling the contacts to the ground to the surface you're sitting on and the contact of your hands and arms on the place they are resting at and now focus on your inner sanctum focus on your monadic imprint which is emanating from your pineal gland like a vortex in between the fourth and the fifth chakra so between the heart and the thyroid gland and at the top back of your head focus on these two vortices that are emanating from the center of your head and while you're still breathing and watching your breath in and out deeply resting at peace you send your focus from this monadic imprint through your spine through the earth star below your feet like playful roots emanating from your feet into the earth winding until they reach the inner earth's core which is as well your 13th chakra feel through your sensory perception when you are connected and when and as soon as you are connected you will feel it and you will build a bridge to higher frequencies to higher realms of consciousness because the earth's core is actually the first rishi level and now move totally with the whole awareness and consciousness into the earth's core and feel it and let yourself be flooded by these energies and frequencies and from there there's a wisdom speaking a wisdom of higher christic truth the first sounds of creation which are so and if you are not ready we will now help to heal the collective through the earth's core repeat after me rain ecstasy okay and we ask the Elohai to assist us within this process we are now building a bridge together for this clearing process now repeat after me in the name of the Elohai i command all energies entities and beings that are not for the best and highest good of this planet out of its space and out of its orbit now forever more and always so be it and it is done and as it is said or thought so is it done is it done we're still holding these frequencies which are running through our system like an open vessel and as we are going the true authentic path we know that these frequencies are not distorted they are connected to higher realms of consciousness the true christic consciousness and we know deep down that we are a part of the cosmic collective which is called Melchizedek which is the tonal expression of it in our terms ecstasy the god seed is now emanating from the earth's core clearing every distortion on this planet and moving the higher ley lines and grids on this planet into harmony and the highest alignment our thoughts are scalar wave patterns and when they are directed we can move mountains like we are now healing and help to heal mother earth and we keep this connection to mother earth to the earth's core which is our 13th chakra we move our focus up again through our 12th chakra which is our earth star through the first the root the sacrum solar plexus the heart the throat chakra to our 6th, 7th, The 8th which is in the pineal gland and our monadic imprint into the singularity and the inner sanctum of our creation and manifestation again this is our point of resting which emanates to a point in between our 4th and 5th chakra between the heart and the throat this is the divine spark which is now activated and the bridge in between the divine spark the earth's core is now built up now move your focus to your breath again feel your chest and your belly going up and down and down watch it enjoy it let it flow automatically well observing it without judgment and feel the senses around you feel the sounds the smell the tastes and feel the energies around you in your place and feel your whole body again feel your system as a whole as one and when you're ready gently open your eyes again you
