Chakra Activation For Musicians - Solfeggio Scale

This is a 15 minute​ chakra activation music. It only uses the Solfeggio Scale and their octaves. The seven chakras are activated from bottom to top, each for 2 minutes. The background was recorded at the beach.
As a musician, you are trained to hear the notes between the notes, and you have a clear vision of what you aesthetically expect from a piece of music. Your hearing is analytical and if something in a recording grabs your attention, it is hard to nothear ​it. This makes it complicated to find​ suitable meditation music. I heard myself through hundreds of so-called "meditation music“ records, only to find out that none is really working for me. Trivial melodies, non-musical synthesizer sounds, and flute sounds are making it impossible for me to relax and dive into the flow of my meditation. So I decided to create my own music.

I love this meditation. I can really feel my chakras being activated. The music is so beautiful and compelling. I think I would prefer a version without the background ocean sound.
