Hello, Everybody. Welcome to our visionary practice. Today, We have the topic of I'm fully booked with waitlist. And before we dive in, Maybe a short little explanation on how this is going to work. So over the summer months, We will meet weekly. And there are different topics concerning entrepreneurs every week, A different topic. And I decided to create the space because I noticed in my busy day today, I have a lot of ideas, A lot of projects and I'm immediately into doing mode and I'm not really sitting with the things and feeling and projecting myself into it to really back myself up with all the energetic support I can could get if I set the intention right and if I actually nourished the vision. So it's a manifestation practice. We're gonna keep it short and sweet, 30 minutes, So I'm not talking too much. Maybe for those who don't know me yet, My name is Melinda, Melinda Conge. I come in as a corporate wellness consultant. So I do breath work, Yoga, Somatic work with corporations, But I also work with entrepreneurs and develop the somatic business method where we actually tap into the body to get solutions, To get bigger visions, Because we are constantly in thinking mode and the prefrontal cortex is also a very critical aspect of our mind. And so sometimes we We stop ourselves to going all in, Just to be practical, Just to be safe. But in actuality, Our body, Our subconscious, They're very linked. And sometimes there's a valuable information we are not accessing because we shut the information down before it really comes into the conscious mind. So all those holistic practices that I'm teaching help to unlock your potential, Literally. Somatic experiences we will have because what Soma means body and we're tapping into the feelings and how it would feel like. How would it feel like if the wish was already fulfilled? Because if the body can believe it, There's less resistance and we will go for it. So, Okay. Long story short, We're going to dive in. I'm fully booked with waitlists. For some, It's a completely normal thing. For others, It's a big dream. There might be a gap. Maybe you already have some clients, Maybe you have services or products. There is maybe sometimes a waitlist. That's great because then you can. Benefit from past experiences and the belief that this is even possible for you becomes easier and bigger that way. But there are a lot of people who struggle to fill a room or to sell or to have the numbers they would need. And so a lot of entrepreneurs I know, And I've been there, Are in struggle mode and survival mode. And we want to get you out of there. So first of all, We will start with a short reflection to get clear on what we actually desire. So what's the intention here? The intention is to go bigger. The intention is to have demand. The intention is to be fully booked, Sold out, Fill the rooms and have a wait list, Which also means, Well, Having an abundance of clients and potential clients. There's requests, There's people who are willing to wait, Maybe even pay a premium to participate. So all of this is suggested in the sentence being fully booked with Waitlist. Now let's make it very specific. In your product suite, There might be different services, There might be different offers, Different products. What particular product are we focusing on right now for this practice? You can come back to the practice over and over again if you want to do the whole range. But I would say, Be specific. Is it a retreat you want to fill? Is it a one-on-one coaching? You have a particular timeframe carved out in your calendar and you want this schedule to be fully booked out. Like, What is it? Define it. I give you a little moment. You can note this down or you can just sit with it. And once you decided, Once you picked one example you would like to work with, We will go into brain-heart coherence. It's a short, Soft, Gentle breathwork exercise where we tap into the heart space because the heart is the strongest electromagnetic field we are having. So we are emitting from there a lot of information, Right? Not just from our thoughts. So we are electromagnetic beings. We are energetic beings. And what we believe in, What we, Like our self-talk, What we affirm, Our thoughts, Our feelings, They emit something into the field. We have an auric field and all of that is a package of information that the universe and all our environments communicate with. So if there's a specific command sent out, Particularly from the heart, It's a very powerful signal into the world and people will respond to it. People will hear it. Somehow, All right? It can be telepathically. It can be because they sense it. Doors will open because the energetic signature will shift. So you need to be aware as much as you can about what you actually want for your life. What would you like to co-create and manifest? And also learn to observe your thoughts, Your resistance. Why is that? Why am I afraid of this? And the more you become conscious for your own behavior, For your own patterns, For your own desires and blockages, Well, The better, Because then you can clear it and the signal will also get clearer. So by tapping into the heart space, We silence the mind and they actually work together. There's a reason why I always say in my yoga classes, Bow your head to your heart, But that's a story for another time. So right now, I would invite you to find a comfortable seat, Sit up straight. Straight, Inhale through the nose, Out through the mouth, And then close your eyes. If you feel uncomfortable, You can wash the floor, Inner gaze goes down. I'm gonna do this with you. So, We're gonna close the eyes again, Inhale nose, Exhale mouth. One more time, Inhale. And relax, Exhale. We switch into nostril breathing. Inhale, Nose. Exhale, Nose. Relax the eyebrows. Relax the facial muscles. Relax the jaw. You can wiggle it from side to side. Maybe pull the tongue. Swallow consciously and connect to your breath. Inhale and exhale. And with every exhale, You relax your shoulders a bit more, Relax the lower belly, Inhale into a straight spine, And exhale soft and gently. Connecting to your breath, Inhale for five. Exhale for five. Gently inhale 5, 3, 2, 1, Exhale 5, 3, 2, 1, Inhale. Exhale. With every exhale, You drop more into your heart space, That place in your chest. Focus there and nourish it. Inhale. Exhale. Try to relax over here. Thoughts wander, Just bring them back right to your breathing. Inhale. Exhale. And while your awareness drops into your heart space, Imagine that your heart breathes for you. So you inhale from the heart. And you exhale from the heart. Draw all the life force energy towards the heart. And relax. Inhale, Draw all the prana into your heart space and exhale everything back into the world. A few more times, Just like that. Inhale for five. Three. Exhale for five, Three, One, Keep breathing. And one last conscious breathing cycle. And then we begin our exercise. Keep your eyes closed. Now imagine being fully booked with Waitlist. How does that actually work? Feel like. Now imagine being fully booked with Waitlist. How does this actually look like? In that particular moment. And your day-to-day. Are you organized in a particular way? Do you have systems? Are you surprised or is that a given? What is happening around you right now? In that moment where you're fully booked with waitlist. What can you see? What can you feel? And what can you hear? Is there anything in particular? Are you excited? Relax. Relieve. Have respect from the responsibility or the opportunity. How do you feel? Ready to handle the demand. Proud. Grateful, Excited, What is it? How do you feel now that you're. . . Fully booked with Waitlist. It was inevitable. And you deserve it. Can you hold this expansion? And can you allow yourself to repeat it, Repeatedly sit in this experience of being fully booked with wait lists? How's that moment you realize? That you're fully booked. Do you feel relaxed because you have assistance? Do you feel proud because you have all the systems in place? And finally, How? Did those clients find you? That they find you because you were posting on social media and created content. Or because you worked with an agency. Or third party who has their own community, You. We're benefiting from. Was it completely by surprise and spontaneous because they stumbled onto your product and services? Do you have a salesperson? Was it because you were having ads, Facebook, Google? Maybe your email newsletter. See how these people found you. Experience how those people found you. And now tapping back into your heart space full of gratitude. We are. Affirming a few things if you wish you can speak them out loud or in your minds. Year. I'm securing future success. With ease. It's already done. My offer is the best thing people can buy all month. There are so many people who want what I have to offer. The right people always come in at the right time. I'm selling effortlessly and on the daily. I enjoy amazing easy-to-work-with clients. And I'm very comfortable to ask for and to receive bigger numbers. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. Exhale through the mouth. Wiggle your fingers, Maybe your toes.
