Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, struggling to sleep, seeking clarity, or simply longing for a few moments of stillness, her practices offer a place to rest and reconnect. Alongside teaching meditation, Fiona is the founder of Willow & Wren Books. She creates stories and experiences that encourage curiosity, compassion, imagination, and wellbeing for children and adults alike.
