Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Get yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Listening to your breath,
Letting go,
Just surrendering to the moment.
Allowing yourself to be present,
To be here and being okay with whatever comes up,
Positive or negative.
Regardless of what your mind is trying to show you,
Just be.
Notice if you have any insecurities,
Any old patterns,
Old thoughts come up and instead of pushing them away,
Could you embrace them,
Accept them for what they are.
Not trying to fight what is,
But seeing the truth for what it is.
Accepting the reality that your mind has created this pattern,
That has created these thoughts and just embracing them,
Accepting them,
Peacefully,
Lovingly.
Learning to love all aspects of yourself.
Not just the positive but also the aspects of you that we call negative.
Fully accepting you,
Just as you are,
Right here,
Right now.
And just notice the thoughts that show up.
Notice the words you tell yourself and especially pay attention to the words that you repeat to yourself over and over.
And just as you allow them,
You may also want to question them.
Are they the truth?
Is that really who I am?
Or is it just simply a coping mechanism?
And now noticing your body,
How do you feel when these thoughts arise?
Where in your body do you feel anxiety,
Tension,
Stress?
And once again,
Not trying to fight it,
Just accepting it and sending unconditional love to your body.
Tell it,
I love you.
I care about you.
I feel and I see you,
Just as you are.
And finally going into your heart,
Noticing if there is any pain that you may still carry from the past.
Maybe there is trauma there.
And once again,
Instead of fighting it,
Instead of pushing it away,
Embrace it.
Accept it.
Love yourself regardless.
I accept you.

And breathing in,
Breathing out.
And now we call down divine assistance from our highest selves,
Our guides and the energies that are here for us in this lifetime.

Shine above,
Surrounding your body,
