This course is a gentle invitation to lay down that effort and shift from a state of anxious striving to one of graceful receiving. Through a blend of personal storytelling, somatic mindfulness, and contemplative meditations, you will learn how to stay grounded and trust yourself when the road ahead or decisions are unclear. This course is for anyone exploring trust, navigating a period of transition, feeling the weight of overthinking, or simply searching for a deeper sense of inner peace.


Meet your Teacher

Mujo is a credentialed transformative life coach and embodiment practitioner with over 500 hours of mind-body training. She is also a Biodynamic Body Psychotherapist in training (UKCP). Mujo specialises in helping individuals navigate life transitions through a deeply somatic and spiritually-grounded lens. With a background in delivering high-level workshops for global networks like the Atlantic Fellows, Mujo bridges the gap between inner leadership and soul-work. Her approach is further deepened by more than a decade of personal inner work, offering a unique blend of rigor and poetic grace. On this course, she invites students to move beyond the "performance" of trust and into a grounded, lived experience of surrender.

Lesson 2

Restoring Trust In The Body — Somatic & Breathwork Meditation

When we feel overwhelmed or lost in times of transition, we often "tighten up" inside to protect ourselves. Without even knowing it, we start living in a state of bracing that keeps us from feeling at peace and in a state of trust. This session is about learning to notice where we brace or armour ourselves. By simply breathing and softening the tension we hold in our bodies, we can stop "trying so hard" or "shutting ourselves off" and finally feel safe enough to receive the grace and support that is already here for us.
