Many of us fail to achieve our goals despite there being a need for us to change and having lots of enthusiasm! The Well Formed Outcome Process (WFO) is the result of studying how people who can achieve thier goals think and behave. This is a 5 lesson course that provides the opportunity to create a plan to reach your goals using the WFO framework. There are 9 steps to make the plan and each of these is described in detail. You will be encouraged to create your plan for your goal while working through the course, although you can just listen and make notes, applying the 9 steps after the course if you choose.
