We all know the state of being in love, in which the whole world usually seems more connected, more colorful and more sensual and the mere thought of the loved one triggers a wave of joy. This joyful shiver is what we want to bring into our daily lives in tantric yoga through our practice - in all of our interactions with the sensory world. We can access the vibration of unconditional love - also known as aloha in Hawaii - by working with the heart chakra, among other things.


Meet your Teacher

Andreas is an energetic healer and meditation guide rooted in the teachings of yoga and Hawaiian spirituality. Born in Switzerland and now based in the Canary Islands, he has been exploring meditation and the chakras for more than 25 years, teaches in Spain and internationally, and is the author of several books on yoga, meditation and the spiritual experience.

Not only every living being, but also all other things and situations that we encounter every day hold a mirror up to us. If this reflection is less pleasant, we often tend to project guilt or negativity outwards onto the external circumstance or influence that triggers these feelings in us. On this course day, you will learn how to see yourself more clearly and release old blockages that may still be preventing you from living a life of maximum joy.

On this course day, you will receive some final impulses on how you can bring this rapture and amazement at the wonders of this world more and more into your life.
