The Art Of Acceptance

With Helen Pengelly

In this course, you’ll explore what true acceptance really means and what it doesn’t. Acceptance is not passivity, weakness, or tolerating harm. It is a powerful shift from resistance to awareness, from fear to choice. Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical tools, you’ll learn how accepting what is can open the door to freedom, empowerment, and lasting inner peace.
