Clare is passionate about empowering high-achieving Gen X women to break free from stress, overthinking, and perfectionism. For years, Clare was led by her own shadows, believing the harsh inner critic and exhausting herself in the outside world trying to silence it. This cycle of chasing external validation led to burnout and disconnection. But when she discovered the Thriving Woman approach, everything shifted. Clare learned to ignore the critical voice, and in doing so, it began to fade away. Now, she helps other women do the same.
