We’ll explore where stories come from in order to compassionately dismantle those that keep you small. You’ll also learn to replace stories of lack with ones that unlock your highest potential. In each lesson, there is a guided practice and ways to incorporate these shifts into your daily life with ease.


Meet your Teacher

Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy. Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects. In the Washington, DC Metro area, Alice teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College, has a Reiki practice in Gaithersburg, MD, and is also a wedding officiant.

With just a few changes in word choices, you can change your whole narrative to become one that exudes self-confidence. Practice along with the lesson, and incorporate this tool into your daily life for maximum benefit.

Beautiful! Saying things like “I can do this” when my internal dialogue screams “I can’t” feels like a losing battle. When I say “I’m open to the possibility that I actually can,” I feel more supported and empowered! It doesn’t feel like I’m trying to think really hard into thinking “I can!”
