Kaste Beavis is a menopause coach, positive ageing mentor, and advocate for midlife women navigating personal and professional change. Drawing on her own experience of identity shifts, confidence challenges, and life transitions, she supports women in reclaiming their self-belief and clarity. Through her guidance, listeners are encouraged to reflect, reconnect, and take gentle, actionable steps toward wellbeing. With a warm, grounded, and compassionate approach, she helps women embrace midlife as a stage of growth, purpose, and empowerment.
