Lesson 2
Reading Energy: Your Human Design Chart
In this episode, we start by exploring your Human Design Blueprint or BodyGraph - the map of your energy. I’ll explain the nine energy centres and what it means to have these defines, vs undefined - to help begin to understand yourself and others on an energetic level.
When I first looked at my chart, it felt overwhelming - but what helped was learning that you don't have to understand it all at once, and trusting that it will connect with time and experimentation.
So here, we start with the nine energy centres in your chart - and how they show where you are naturally stable, and where you are open and sensitive. I'll explain how each energy centre works, and why awareness of your centres is one of the most powerful ways to deepen self-trust and honour your energy in everyday life.
Understanding my defined and undefined centres helped me trust the way I experience the world, and stop second-guessing my intuition! It also helped me create stronger energetic boundaries.
In summary, I'll guide you through the basics in a way that feels grounded and approachable, so you can begin recognising the foundations of your own design without needing to ‘get it right’ straight away.

Lesson 3
Working With Your Energy: Human Design Type & Strategy
In this episode, we explore the 5 Human Design Energy Types - Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector and Reflector - and how your defined and undefined centres shape which Type you are.
I’ll guide you through the connection between your Centres and your Type, so you can start to understand how your energy naturally wants to move through the world. No Type is better or worse, but each is wired SO differently. So recognising your Type, and the Type of those around you, can bring immense ease and validation into your life.
I’ll also share the Strategy, Signature, and Not-Self Theme for each Type - key pieces that show you how to make aligned decisions, when you're living true to yourself and the warning signs that you might be off track.
This episode will help you recognise these energies in yourself and others, while inviting you to notice where your energy wants to flow - and where life might be asking you to soften, trust and shift

How To Make Aligned Decisions: Human Design Authority
In this episode, we explore one of the most powerful unlocks in your Human Design chart - your Authority. As a Manifesting Generator with Emotional Authority, learning to trust my emotional wave changed everything about how I live, work and choose what is right for me.
Your Authority is your inner compass, showing you how you are uniquely designed to make clear, aligned decisions without getting caught in overthinking or pressure from the outside world.
I’ll walk you through each of the Authorities - from Emotional, Sacral, Splenic, Ego/Heart, Self-Projected, Mental/Environmental and Lunar - with examples and real-life advice to recognise your own process.
I’ll also share the percentage of the population for each Authority, so you can understand how common or rare your way of making decisions really is - and that of the people around you.
We will learn that no two decision-making processes are the same - and why learning to trust your body over your mind can feel like a permission slip, and coming home.

Your Personality: The Human Design Profiles
This episode explores the 6 Profile lines in Human Design and how they shape your personality and life path. Your Profile is made up of two numbers in your chart - one conscious and one unconscious - and together they describe the role you're here to play in this lifetime.
Each line carries its own wisdom, from deep investigation to natural talent, from trial-and-error learning to relational influence, from projected leadership to embodied role modelling. When you understand the energy of your Profile lines, it becomes easier to accept your rhythm, connect with others more clearly and move through life with greater self-trust.
