Each day you will be taken through a short talk explaining each chakra and what various obstacles in life can be affecting that chakra. You will then be taken through a meditation or exercise to help you understand how you can take control of your healing, and work on the various causes of the chakra imbalances you may be feeling. This course is very grounded and balanced.Since we live in a physical world, we need to be able to understand the practical habits that affect our emotional and energetic body. Balance is of utmost importance. Presence to the physical world we live in as well as our inner more spiritual world are of equal value.
