This course will help you to cultivate a habit of mindful presence through simple daily reflections deepening your connection to self-kindness and extending kindness to others and the world around you. Each day consists of a 4 minute audio that includes a message of reflection, a suggested practice action, a short breathing exercise, an affirmation and the opportunity to set an intention. Each message focuses on kindness, presence, and inner alignment, rooted in gentle self-awareness and emotional nourishment. Whether you listen first thing in the morning or return to it later in the day, the practice is designed to meet you where you are.

Andria is a certified meditation teacher who gently guides her students in the practices of mindfulness and awareness. Andria’s work is rooted in the belief that daily kindness toward oneself can spark deep transformation, and she is devoted to offering simple yet meaningful tools that help others live with greater presence, warmth, and clarity.
