This course outlines some practices to help you embrace your gifts as an empath and to learn to navigate the sometimes overwhelming sensitivity to the emotions of others. Being an empath is beautiful, but at times it can feel draining and can leave you feeling overloaded. In these lessons, I share some tools, practices, and visualizations to help you learn to make the most out of being an empath.


Meet your Teacher

Chandler Maskill is a music producer, sound designer, audio engineer, vocalist, and performing artist who has been recording for 16 years. He has recorded and composed hundreds of songs, cultivated and thrown multiple events, and performed at music festivals. He has mixed live sound for Del Arte International Theatre as an assistant sound technician. He also teaches music production and audio engineering lessons. He discusses the creative process and developing a practice to enhance your art. He is inspired by his meditation practice and uses his experience with mindfulness practice to share insight and healing.

This lesson discusses learning to understand the complex relationship between our own emotions and the emotions of others. I share the importance of drawing proper boundaries. I share a visualization to help you build a protective field that will help you feel more comfortable in the presence of others.

Understanding Your Gifts

In this lesson, I explain that empathy is actually a gift, and that it allows you to connect to others and to the collective. I explain the importance and power of embracing and cultivating your gifts and abilities. I talk about learning to harmonize with the emotions of others. Empathy can be a medicine and can help to heal you and those around you.
