Tomer is a yoga and meditation teacher of the Indian Shivoham Lineage, a breathwork and family constellations facilitator & a somatic transpersonal psychotherapist with a BA in Psychology And an MA in Clinical Social Work. He has spent years studying the traditional forms of yoga and meditation, in India, Burma & Thailand, staying in Ashrams and monasteries, and learning from living masters. He combines in his teaching a deep passion for the practice, an experiential approach, and a scientific attitude. His style is unapologetic yet kind, he digs to the depth of himself, and the depths of the tradition separating what is authentic from what is not and bringing it in a modern and accessible format.
