We may have been taught not to allow ourselves to appear vulnerable. With vulnerability comes the possibility of rejection or failure, which can be scary. Because of this, we may try to avoid being vulnerable as much as we can. While being vulnerable is often thought of as a sign of weakness, it is actually a deeply important part of the human experience.

Sensei Paul is a kids & adult book author, private pilot, jiu-jitsu instructor, musician & former finance project manager. He prefers a science-based approach to focus on these & other areas in his life to stay humble & hungry to evolve.
