I have done several of your courses. They have helped me accept life as it is a little more with each lesson and course. I feel so peaceful as I listen and love the reflection exercises. Thank you for introducing the 3 principles and being there with me on my journey with letting go of control, although it is a slow and rocky journey. I will be as you are, a recovering control freak. But I can access the peace, calm and acceptance more than I thought possible.

Such wonderful insight. I am always trying to control how people see me which is utterly ridiculous: Let alone exhausting. I am really starting to learn that the only opinion of me that matters is mine. I cannot control how other people behave by being what they want me to be.
