What an incredible and life changing course! Thank you so much for sharing the 3 principles on letting go. The thing that really struck me was when you said that it doesn’t make sense to keep on a thought train when the thinking is the cause of my suffering. Wow! I’ve already put this into practice. I caught myself in a moment of suffering and I asked myself if it made sense to continue on with this thought pattern and it was easy for me to see that it made no sense and the letting go came naturally.
