Meet your Teacher

Raman has been practicing mindfulness and meditation since 2009. He considers himself a Seeker and a meditation student. He has done many silent retreats and has been learning and practicing mindfulness practices from different traditions and institutions. Over the years, he has guided countless meditation sessions, led retreats, and designed courses, driven by a desire to help others cultivate awareness, presence, and a life grounded in clarity and joy. Raman specializes in Vedic Meditation, Buddhist Meditation, and Active Meditation.
