WOW! This course was EVERYTHING. What stands out the most for me is Day 3. Presence is a Energetic & Emotionsl protection. Unconsciously I’ve always done things to calm myself; but during this course I realized how it really helps; especially at work. My favorite thing to do is slightly close my eyes and sing one of my favorite gospel songs. Doing so relaxes my body & mind and within minutes I feel REVIVED.
