Meet your Teacher

Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy. Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects. In the Washington, DC Metro area, Alice teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College, has a Reiki practice in Gaithersburg, MD, and is also a wedding officiant.

Lesson 2 was particularly helpful to me! I am a part of Nature, and my “story” doesn’t matter to the trees, the birds, the lizards. Hurt, loss and other difficult experiences are part of nature, and I can face them just as other natural beings do. We are all One.

This one was tough for me. Seeing myself as a part of Nature; is going to take some practice. Although, I do know our minds are POWERFUL and our thoughts dictate how we feel. I’m a firm believer in THINKING and SPEAKING POSITIVE; is a must. Things could always be worse and someone else would love to be in our shoes. There’s ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE THANKFUL FOR!
