Meet your Teacher

Doug Robson is a Stuntman, Yoga and Meditation teacher who holds a diploma in counselling and mental health first aid as well as a Masters in Psychology and Neuroscience. He has a passion for learning and is continually adding to his wealth of knowledge of well-being. He has over 15 courses with an average rating of 4.8. Lesson 3

Breaking Through Meditation

In this episode, we apply what we have just learnt about letting go of fear and embracing hope. We start with some gentle breathwork before moving on to projecting our ideal self. The hard part is then becoming aware of the fears that are holding you back without being overcome by them. It's an important one!

Standing Tall

In this episode learn about Heliotropism and the importance of values and ideals in keeping us on the straight and narrow. By studying the stunning sunflower we will begin to question what it is we stand for and how we can embody it's majestic posture.

Finding Meaning Meditation

Welcome to this incredibly important session designed to help you uncover meaning in your life. I want to be clear that this is just the first step in finding meaning, this will sow the seed, but it's up to you to cultivate it thereafter. Bloom

Abscission

We look toward the final act of the flower's life cycle in our final episode together. This act is just as important as the rest if not the most important, the act of giving back. I appreciate it learning new words and integrating these ideas into unique meditations. The theme was fantastic, and I appreciate it as well. The new approaches to embodiment beyond breath work. Putting my feet on the naked earth was lovely. Envisioning was lovely. Now I get to do it, which is perhaps the long for meditation, right? Anyhow, thank you loved it!
