It’s about being present in the moment, attuned to the spiritual significance of our surroundings and experiences. This practice helps us connect more deeply with God and heightens our awareness of His work in our lives. Holy noticing can be as simple as pausing to admire the beauty of nature or as profound as reflecting on how God is moving in our own lives and the lives of others. In this course, you’ll explore the BREATHe method, created by Charles Stone and introduced in his book *Holy Noticing.* Each session will guide you through a layer of this method, equipping you to cultivate a greater sense of God’s presence in your daily life and the world around you.

Vanessa Michele is a yoga and meditation instructor with over 1000 hours of training and teaching experience. She uses her faith-based teaching to guide others to breathe easy, prevent stress, and develop sustainable well-being.
